Not a 3 diamond hotel
07/14/2010Room needed major maintenance. furniture, walls and floors were stained. broken furniture in room. pool needs maint. sheets were clean and bed comfortable. very good continental breakfast.

There were three uf us, all ladies, on a road trip. I booked this through Travel online. Everything was ok except for two issues. I had to use the internet connection from the Residence Inn next door, because Quality did not have any. Wifi was advertised. The other was at 4am we were woke up to a car alarm going off. Safety is important and I do not believe they have security. Next time I will only book at a place the has security.

Traveling with a cat is not fun but this room was a delight. All of us, including our cat were very comfortable. The room was clean and neat. Only gripe with the hotel was the free wireless internet which is virtually non-existent. Night clerk told me that they don't have wireless internet at the hotel even though it is clearly advertised. Got a LAN cable from the front desk and still could not access internet in the room. We ended up using the hotel next door's very strong wireless signal to get online.

The walls needed fresh paint, you could see dirty foot prints on the walls from chldren. The room was a NO-SMOKING, but there was a cigarette butt and ashes on the floor by the night stand. We told the front desk clerk and all they said was that they would "take care of it". If we had not been so tired and only staying one night we would probably have looked for something else.

I saw the reviews and took a chance because it was so close to I-40. I was extremely surprised when I entered the room...living area, room area, clean bathroom. On my way back I decided to stay there again and had a different room...same good room. I travel extensively for 21 years and put this one near the top based on price...can't beat the price and room.
